Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is better than the Xiaomi Mi-3, with a 79 score against 71.6. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is a a bit thicker and notably heavier device than the Xiaomi Mi-3. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S has the previous 11 version while Xiaomi Mi-3 has Android 4.4.2 version.
Xiaomi Mi-3 has a sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S, because although it has a really smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a just a little greater quantity of pixels in each inch of screen. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S counts with much more memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi-3, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 512 GB.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S features a much better camera than Xiaomi Mi-3, because it has a way better video definition, a lot more megapixels camera and a bigger aperture to capture better low-light images and videos.
In addition to being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S is also by far the cheapest one.
