The Google Pixel XL is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 4, having an 81.3 score against 75.2. Google Pixel XL's construction is way newer and just a little thinner, but heavier than Xiaomi Mi 4. Xiaomi Mi 4 features a bit better processing unit than Google Pixel XL, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 4 also counts with a GPU.
Xiaomi Mi 4 features a bit better screen than Google Pixel XL, although it has a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080, a little bit smaller display and a little bit lower number of pixels per display inch. Google Pixel XL has a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has more internal storage. The Google Pixel XL counts with a bit superior battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has 3450mAh of battery capacity instead of 3080mAh.
Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi 4, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Mi 4. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Xiaomi Mi 4, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
