The Samsung Galaxy Note9 is better than Xiaomi Mi 4, with a general score of 87.1 against 75.2. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 construction has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Mi 4, but it is way heavier. Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 4, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi 4 has a slightly better display than Samsung Galaxy Note9, although it has a way lower 1920 x 1080 resolution, a just a little lower display pixels density and a really smaller screen. Galaxy Note9 has a very superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has 128 GB internal memory and a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
The Galaxy Note9 features superior battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3080mAh. The Galaxy Note9 shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 4, because although it has a back facing camera with a worse resolution and a lower 3840x2160 video resolution, it also counts with a bigger sensor and a bigger camera aperture to take better low light captures and videos.
The Galaxy Note9 costs more money than Xiaomi Mi 4, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
