Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 5s is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 4, with a 76.4 score against 75.2. Both devices we compare here come with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Mi 5s has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version while Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3. Xiaomi Mi 5s's construction is incredibly newer, just a bit thinner and a little bit lighter than Xiaomi Mi 4.
Xiaomi Mi 4 features a little bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 4 also counts with a just a little higher pixel amount per display inch. The Xiaomi Mi 5s features a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Xiaomi Mi 4 features a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 4 also counts with a graphics processing unit. The Xiaomi Mi 5s features just a little bit longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has a 4 percent more battery size.
Xiaomi Mi 4 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a much smaller back-facing camera sensor giving a much lower image quality, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xiaomi Mi 4 also counts with a larger diafragm aperture for better low light images and videos and a camera with a higher 13 megapixels resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s costs a bit more money than the Xiaomi Mi 4, but you can get a better phone for that extra dollars.
