Huawei Mate 20 lite has a global score of 76.2, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5's 73.7 general score. The Xiaomi Mi 5 has a much better looking screen than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a higher quantity of pixels per inch of display.
The Huawei Mate 20 lite counts with a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 5, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Huawei Mate 20 lite also has an external memory slot that holds up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Mi 5 counts with a bit better processing unit than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processor.
Huawei Mate 20 lite shoots much better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the Huawei Mate 20 lite also has a more megapixels back camera. Huawei Mate 20 lite has a little better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 5, because it has a 3750mAh battery capacity.
