The Galaxy A21s is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5, with a 77.7 score against 73.7. The Xiaomi Mi 5 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy A21s, because although it has 4 less cpu cores (although faster), and they both have a 3 GB RAM memory, the Xiaomi Mi 5 also counts with a graphics co-processor.
