Galaxy C7 has a general score of 77.7, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5's general score of 73.7. The Xiaomi Mi 5 has a sharper display than Samsung Galaxy C7, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a greater display pixel density.
