Galaxy S5 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5, getting an 80.8 score against 73.7. Xiaomi Mi 5 features a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy S5. They have the same number of cores, 3 GB of RAM and a 500 MHz graphics processing unit. The Samsung Galaxy S5 has a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 5, because although it has a lot lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater display density.
