Comparison review
The Galaxy Note9 is much better than Xiaomi Mi 5c, having a global score of 87.1 against 72.4. The Galaxy Note9 construction is newer, but notably heavier and somewhat thicker than Xiaomi Mi 5c. Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a larger screen, a just a little better number of pixels in each inch of display and a way better resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 512 GB and 64 GB more internal storage. Galaxy Note9 features a little better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have 8 cores, the Galaxy Note9 also has more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Note9 captures better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same resolution camera in the back, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has higher 60 fps video frame rates and a lot larger diafragm aperture. Galaxy Note9 features a superior battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
The Galaxy Note9 costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Mi 5c, but you can get a much better phone for that few extra dollars.
