Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a score of 79.3, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5c's 72.4 general score. Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is an older and somewhat heavier phone than the Xiaomi Mi 5c, but Samsung managed to make it a little thinner anyway. Both devices we compare here have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has the older 5.1 version and Xiaomi Mi 5c has Android 7.1 Nougat version.
The Xiaomi Mi 5c counts with a bit superior processor than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores. The Galaxy S6 edge+ has a more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a better 2560 x 1440 resolution, a little bigger display and a little greater pixels quantity per inch of screen.
The Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with as much storage for applications and games as the Xiaomi Mi 5c one, both of them have equal 64 GB internal memory. Galaxy S6 edge+ features just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a 5 percent greater battery size. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ also has a camera in the back with a much higher resolution and a bigger aperture.
Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Mi 5c. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Xiaomi Mi 5c, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
