Comparison review
Xperia XZ2 is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5c, with a global score of 79.1 against 72.4. The Xperia XZ2 construction is newer than Xiaomi Mi 5c's, although it is incredibly heavier and a lot thicker. Xperia XZ2 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xperia XZ2 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Sony Xperia XZ2 features a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have a higher quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also has a bit higher 1080 x 2160px resolution and a little larger screen. The Sony Xperia XZ2 shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Sony Xperia XZ2 also has a bigger camera aperture for better photos and video in low light environments, better 60 fps video frame rates and a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels.
Xperia XZ2 has a lot bigger storage for applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Xperia XZ2 also has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 400 GB.
