Comparison review
The Xperia XZ3 is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5c, with a global score of 79.6 against 72.4. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xperia XZ3 has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi 5c has Android 7.1 Nougat. Xperia XZ3 is a newer cellphone than Xiaomi Mi 5c, although it's way heavier and noticeably thicker.
The Sony Xperia XZ3 has a sharper display than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has a higher amount of pixels per inch of screen, a lot better 1440 x 2880px resolution and a larger display. Sony Xperia XZ3 features a superior memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also has a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
Xperia XZ3 features a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Xperia XZ3 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Sony Xperia XZ3 shoots much better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia XZ3 also has a lot more mega pixels camera and a bigger aperture.
Sony Xperia XZ3 features just a bit better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity.
Although Sony Xperia XZ3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Mi 5c. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Sony Xperia XZ3, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Mi 5c, letting go some features and specifications.
