Xiaomi Mi 5s is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 5c, having a 76.4 score against 72.4. Although it's the best we compare here, we must note that it's also a thicker and a little bit heavier phone. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi 5s has an older 6.0 Marshmallow version and Xiaomi Mi 5c has Android 7.1 Nougat.
The Xiaomi Mi 5c has a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a larger number of cores. The Xiaomi Mi 5s has a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi 5c. Both of them have the same count of pixels per inch in the screen, an equal resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a screen of the same size.
Xiaomi Mi 5s has a superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has 128 GB internal memory. The Xiaomi Mi 5s features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, a back facing camera with a 12 mega-pixels resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Mi 5s also has a larger aperture to take better photography and video in poorly lited situations.
Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a bit better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 5c, because it has 3200mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Mi 5s is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Mi 5c, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Mi 5c. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi 5s, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Mi 5c, resigning a couple specifications.
