Comparison review
The Huawei P20 is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, with a overall score of 78.1 against 78.1. Huawei P20's construction is newer, just a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but Huawei P20 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, offering lots of additional features.
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features a slightly better looking screen than Huawei P20, although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920, a little smaller display and a little worse pixel density. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus and the Huawei P20 count with quite similar memory for games and applications, both of them have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity.
Huawei P20 has a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus counts with a bit superior battery lifetime than Huawei P20, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity. The Huawei P20 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has a worse (4K) video quality and a camera in the back with lesser mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a larger camera aperture and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a lot better image quality.
