Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus is a little bit better than the OnePlus 9 Pro, with a global score of 78.1 against 76.6. Both phones in this review use Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version and OnePlus 9 Pro has Android 11 version. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus construction is lighter and just a little thinner than OnePlus 9 Pro, even though it was released 5 years before.
OnePlus 9 Pro features a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a larger amount of RAM and 4 more cpu cores. OnePlus 9 Pro has a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has more pixels per inch in the screen, a way better 1440 x 3216 pixels resolution and a larger screen.
OnePlus 9 Pro and Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus both have very similar storage capacity to install games and applications, both have the same 128 GB internal memory. OnePlus 9 Pro has just a bit longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. The OnePlus 9 Pro shoots way better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a larger aperture to capture better photography in low-light situations, a lot higher video quality, a much bigger sensor taking much higher quality videos and photos and a lot higher 48 MP resolution camera.
