Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M31s has a score of 88, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's overall score of 78.1. The Samsung Galaxy M31s is a newer phone than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, but it is thicker and heavier. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy M31s has 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s has just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has a higher number of cores. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus features a little sharper display than Galaxy M31s, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a quite lower 1080 x 1920 resolution and a just a little lower pixel count in each display inch.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s counts with much more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy M31s has a much longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
Samsung Galaxy M31s features a very superior camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has a way better 64 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, a bigger camera aperture and a much larger camera sensor taking way higher quality photographs and videos.
