Comparison review
The Xperia XZ1 has a general score of 78.3, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's general score of 78.1. The Xperia XZ1 body is newer, a little thinner and a little lighter than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus. The Sony Xperia XZ1 counts with a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores.
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a little bit better looking display than Sony Xperia XZ1, because although it has a just a little lower count of pixels per inch in the display, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus also counts with a quite bigger display. Xperia XZ1 counts with a much greater storage to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Sony Xperia XZ1 shoots a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same video definition, the same 30 fps video frame rates and a F2 camera aperture, the Sony Xperia XZ1 also has a much larger back camera sensor capturing way better quality videos and photographs and a camera in the back with much more mega pixels.
