The Huawei Mate 8 has a global score of 77.4, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s's general score of 76.4. The Huawei Mate 8 is an older and much heavier phone than Xiaomi Mi 5s, but Huawei managed to make it just a bit thinner anyway. Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a much better screen than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 5s also counts with a little better screen density.
Huawei Mate 8 counts with a bit superior CPU than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Huawei Mate 8 also has a greater number of cores. Huawei Mate 8 counts with a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Huawei Mate 8 also has an external memory slot that supports up to 128 GB.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s features a little bit better camera than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has a much lower 12 mega-pixels resolution camera, and they both have a same size aperture, the Xiaomi Mi 5s also counts with a much better 3840x2160 video definition.
