Comparison review
The Huawei Mate X has a score of 89.4, which is better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s's 76.4 overall score. Huawei Mate X's construction is extremely newer, but way heavier and incredibly thicker than Xiaomi Mi 5s. These devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate X has 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow, providing the user some nice extra features.
Huawei Mate X features just a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a higher amount of RAM memory and 4 more cpu cores. Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a little more vivid screen than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a way worse 1080 x 1920px resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a little bit greater pixels density.
Huawei Mate X features a way bigger storage to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Mi 5s shoots a bit better videos and photos than Huawei Mate X, although it has a lot tinier back-facing camera sensor taking way worse quality videos and images, a much worse resolution camera and a tinier camera aperture.
The Huawei Mate X counts with a very superior battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Mi 5s. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Huawei Mate X, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Mi 5s, letting go a couple features and specifications.
