The Huawei P Smart (2020) has an overall score of 77.5, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s's score of 76.4. The Huawei P Smart (2020) construction has the same thickness than Xiaomi Mi 5s, but it's somewhat heavier. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Huawei P Smart (2020) has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow, offering a couple nice extra features and performance tweaks.
Huawei P Smart (2020) features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Huawei P Smart (2020) also has a larger number of cores (although they are slower). Huawei P Smart (2020) counts with just a little bit longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has 3400mAh of battery capacity.
Xiaomi Mi 5s takes clearer videos and photos than Huawei P Smart (2020), because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for capturing photographs or videos in low-light situations and a lesser megapixels back-facing camera, it also counts with a way higher video quality.
