Comparison review
The Huawei P40 has a global score of 86.4, which is much better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s's 76.4 global score. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Huawei P40 has the previous 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Although the Huawei P40 is extremely newer than Xiaomi Mi 5s, it's heavier and a little thicker.
Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a little bit better looking screen than Huawei P40, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a little bit worse 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with a little bit higher amount of pixels per display inch. The Huawei P40's storage capacity to install games and applications is very similar to the Xiaomi Mi 5s one, both have equal internal memory capacity.
The Huawei P40 features a bit faster processor than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a greater number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. The Huawei P40 has superior battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 19% bigger battery capacity. The Huawei P40 takes a lot better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei P40 also has a camera with way more mega-pixels, a bigger diafragm aperture, a way bigger sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photographs and higher 60 fps video frame rate.
The Huawei P40 not only is the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest, making buying this phone an easy decision.
