Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Nokia X20 has older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Nokia X20 body is much newer than the Xiaomi Mi 5s's, although it is notably heavier and somewhat thicker.
