Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 5s has a global score of 76.4, which is slightly better than Galaxy A7 (2017)'s 75.8 score. Although Xiaomi Mi 5s and the Galaxy A7 (2017) were released only 4 months apart, the Xiaomi Mi 5s design is just a little bit thicker but lighter. Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) features a processor that's very similar to the CPU in Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) has 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a greater number of cores (although slower).
The Xiaomi Mi 5s has a much better looking display than Galaxy A7 (2017), because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 5s also counts with a just a little greater pixel density. Xiaomi Mi 5s has a greater memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017), because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Galaxy A7 (2017) has just a bit better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 13 percent bigger battery capacity. Xiaomi Mi 5s takes a bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy A7 (2017), because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photos and video and a camera in the back with a lot worse resolution, it also counts with a way better (4K) video definition.
