Comparison review
Galaxy M30 has an overall score of 82.4, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 5s's 76.4 global score. The Galaxy M30 construction is newer, but heavier and a bit thicker than the Xiaomi Mi 5s. These devices use Android operating system, but the Galaxy M30 has newer 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s features a bit better display than Galaxy M30, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a quite lower 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, it also counts with a bit more pixels per screen inch. The Samsung Galaxy M30 features a much better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy M30 also has a SD card slot that admits up to 512 GB.
The Galaxy M30 features a CPU that is just as good as the Xiaomi Mi 5s one, although the Galaxy M30 also has more RAM memory and 4 more cores (although they are slower). Xiaomi Mi 5s takes a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy M30, because although it has a back camera with a lower resolution and a tinier aperture, it also counts with a way bigger camera sensor taking much better quality photographs and a lot better 3840x2160 video resolution.
Galaxy M30 counts with a superior battery life than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh.
