Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is way better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, with a 98 score against 76.4. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the older 13 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Although Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is extremely newer than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, it is incredibly heavier and a little bit thicker.
