Galaxy S5 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5s, having an 80.8 score against 76.4. The Galaxy S5 construction has the same thickness and weight than the Xiaomi Mi 5s. Both devices we are comparing include Android OS, but the Galaxy S5 has the older 4.4.2 version and Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
