The Xperia 10 II is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, having a score of 78.5 against 76.4. Xperia 10 II is a a little bit heavier phone than Xiaomi Mi 5s, but both have the same thickness. Both phones in this review use Android OS (operating system), but the Xperia 10 II has the older 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s features a bit more vivid screen than Sony Xperia 10 II, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a little lower pixel density and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920px. Sony Xperia 10 II has a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Sony Xperia 10 II also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Xperia 10 II features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Xperia 10 II also has 4 more cpu cores. The Xiaomi Mi 5s takes slightly better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same aperture and the same resolution camera in the back, the Xiaomi Mi 5s also has a bigger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
Sony Xperia 10 II has just a little better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 3600mAh battery capacity instead of 3200mAh.
