Comparison review
Xperia XZs is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5s, having a 77.2 score against 76.4. Xperia XZs is a somewhat heavier phone than Xiaomi Mi 5s, but they are 0.32inches thick. Xiaomi Mi 5s has a little more vivid screen than Xperia XZs. Both of them have a same size screen, the same quantity of pixels per inch in the display and the same exact resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
Xperia XZs has a processor that is very similar to the Xiaomi Mi 5s one, both of them have the same RAM amount and the same number of cores. Xiaomi Mi 5s has more memory capacity to install applications and games than Xperia XZs, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Xperia XZs takes much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same diafragm aperture, the same video quality and a same size back camera sensor, the Xperia XZs also has faster 960 frames per second video frame rates and a back camera with way more mega-pixels.
Xiaomi Mi 5s counts with a little better battery life than Xperia XZs, because it has a 3200mAh battery capacity instead of 2900mAh.
Although Sony Xperia XZs is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Mi 5s. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Sony Xperia XZs, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Mi 5s, resigning a couple features and specifications.
