Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 5s, getting an 83.8 score against 76.4. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s construction has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, but it's heavier. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s has a bit superior processor than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has 4 more cpu cores and a greater amount of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Mi 5s features just a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because although it has a little worse 1080 x 1920px resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite higher quantity of pixels in each inch in the screen. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s counts with a very superior memory to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has 256 GB internal storage.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s counts with just a little better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 3400mAh battery size against 3200mAh. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s takes clearer photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor shooting worse quality photos and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, a 12 megapixels resolution back facing camera and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture for better photography and videos in low-light environments.
Although Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Xiaomi Mi 5s. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Xiaomi Mi 5s, giving up some specifications.
