Sony Xperia XZ3 is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi 6, getting a score of 79.6 against 76.5. The Sony Xperia XZ3 is a newer phone than the Xiaomi Mi 6, although it's heavier and notably thicker. The Xperia XZ3 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has a little darker display, it also counts with a higher pixels number in each inch in the display, a larger display and a lot better 1440 x 2880 pixels resolution.
Xperia XZ3 has a little faster processor than Xiaomi Mi 6, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Sony Xperia XZ3 counts with a better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a SD extension slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with just a bit longer battery lifetime than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 1% larger battery capacity. Xperia XZ3 counts with a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not so good for low light photography and videos, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Xperia XZ3 also counts with a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a camera in the back with a much higher resolution.

So if you need that extra features, you can buy Xperia XZ3, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Mi 6, resigning some features and specifications.
