Asus ZenFone AR is a little bit better than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, getting a overall score of 77.4 against 75.9. Although it's the best cellphone we are comparing here, Asus ZenFone AR is an older, a little bit heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE. Xiaomi Mi 8 SE has a little bit better processing power than Asus ZenFone AR, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE also has a higher number of cores.

The Asus ZenFone AR features a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, because although it has slower video frame rates, a tinier back camera sensor taking worse quality photos and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for capturing photos and/or video in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Asus ZenFone AR also counts with a back facing camera with a way better 23 megapixels resolution.
