Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a score of 83.3, which is a bit better than the Asus ZenFone AR's score of 77.4. The Xiaomi Mi 8 body is newer and somewhat thinner than Asus ZenFone AR's, but it is also just a bit heavier. The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a little sharper screen than Asus ZenFone AR, because although it has a little lower 1080 x 2248 pixels resolution and a just a bit worse pixel density, it also counts with a quite larger screen.
Xiaomi Mi 8 features a little better performance than Asus ZenFone AR, and although they both have 6 GB of RAM, the Xiaomi Mi 8 also has a higher number of faster cores. Asus ZenFone AR features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor which provides a lower image and video quality, a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for low-light photos and videos and lower video frame rate, and they both have the same video resolution, the Asus ZenFone AR also counts with a lot more megapixels back facing camera.
The Asus ZenFone AR features much more storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 8, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Xiaomi Mi 8 features a little better battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a 3400mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh.
