Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a score of 83.3, which is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8's 76 score. Even though the Xiaomi Mi 8 is older than the OnePlus 8, it's design is just a bit lighter and a little thinner. The OnePlus 8's processor is very similar to Xiaomi Mi 8's CPU, and although the OnePlus 8 has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
OnePlus 8 features just a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a bit better pixels amount in each screen inch, a little bit larger screen, a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a way brighter display. The OnePlus 8 shoots greater videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have the same video resolution and a F1.8 camera aperture, the OnePlus 8 also has a lot larger back camera sensor taking way higher quality photographs and videos, a camera with lot more mega pixels and faster 60 fps video frame rates.
Xiaomi Mi 8 features a much better memory to install applications and games than OnePlus 8, because it has more internal memory capacity. The OnePlus 8 counts with greater battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a 26 percent more battery size.
