Comparison review
The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 8, with a score of 85.5 against 83.3. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 is an a little heavier and thicker phone than Xiaomi Mi 8. The Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has a processing unit that is very similar to Xiaomi Mi 8's processing unit, and although the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 has more RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 features just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Pocophone F1, and although they both have a same size screen and the same screen density, the Xiaomi Mi 8 also has a quite more brightness and a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2248px. Xiaomi Pocophone F1 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for shooting photographs or video in low light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, a same size camera sensor and a back facing camera with a 12 mega-pixels resolution, the Xiaomi Pocophone F1 also counts with higher 60 frames per second video frame rates.
