Comparison review
Galaxy M31 is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 9, having an 86.5 score against 83.2. Galaxy M31 is a newer cellphone than Xiaomi Mi 9, although it's somewhat thicker and a little heavier. Xiaomi Mi 9 features just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy M31. Both have a 6 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor.
Xiaomi Mi 9 features a little bit better screen than Galaxy M31, and although they both have a screen with the same size, an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and the same display pixel density, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has a brighter screen. Galaxy M31's camera is very similar to the Xiaomi Mi 9 one, because although the Galaxy M31 has slower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have a same size camera aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a lot more megapixels camera in the back and a bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a higher image quality.
The Galaxy M31 features a better memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M31 has a way better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 9, because it has a 6000mAh battery size against 3300mAh.
