LG V50 ThinQ is a bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, with a global score of 83.7 against 82.7. These phones come with the same Android 10 OS. Even when the LG V50 ThinQ and the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro were released only 3 months apart, the LG V50 ThinQ is a little thinner and a bit lighter. The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a CPU that is just as good as Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro's CPU, they have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cpu cores.

The LG V50 ThinQ has a little sharper display than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, and although they both have a same size display, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a better pixel amount per inch in the display. LG V50 ThinQ has a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the LG V50 ThinQ also has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The LG V50 ThinQ's battery performance is very similar to the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro one. The Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro shoots much clearer photos and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for low-light captures and video, and they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro also counts with a way larger camera sensor providing a much higher image quality and a way higher resolution back facing camera.
