Comparison review
Galaxy M31 is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, getting an 86.5 score against 82.7. Galaxy M31 has the same weight and thickness than the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro. These phones include Android OS, but Galaxy M31 has the newer 11 version and Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro has Android 10, so it provides some additional features.
Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro and Samsung Galaxy M31 have incredibly similar displays, and although the Samsung Galaxy M31 has less brightness, they both have a display with the same size, the same pixels density and exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2340. Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy M31. Both have 8 processing cores and 6 GB of RAM memory.
The Galaxy M31 counts with just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, because although it has lower video frame rate, and they both have the same aperture and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy M31 also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor taking better quality videos and photographs and a lot better 64 MP resolution camera.
The Galaxy M31 has a greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB. Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a way better battery life than Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, because it has a 50% bigger battery size.
