Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a general score of 84.2, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi A2's 78 general score. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro construction is newer than Xiaomi Mi A2's, although it's thicker and heavier. Xiaomi Mi A2 has a much better performance than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi A2, because although it has a just a little lower display pixels density, it also counts with a bit bigger screen and a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi A2, because it has 512 GB internal storage capacity.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a way better battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi A2, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity against 3010mAh. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro captures greater photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi A2, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light captures and video, it also counts with a back-facing camera with a much higher 50 mega-pixels resolution, a much bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing much better quality pictures and videos and a much higher video quality.
