The Google Pixel 2 is a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, having a score of 81.6 against 77.5. The Google Pixel 2 design is a lot lighter but just a bit thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and both were only released 5 months apart. Google Pixel 2 has just a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a really smaller display, and they both have an equal 1080 x 1920 resolution, the Google Pixel 2 also counts with more pixels per inch of screen.
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a much better storage capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 2, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB. The Google Pixel 2 has just a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 2. They have a 4 GB RAM and the same number of cores.
The Google Pixel 2 takes a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Google Pixel 2 also has a higher resolution camera, a larger camera aperture to take better captures in low light situations and a bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing better quality pictures and videos.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has a much better battery duration than Google Pixel 2, because it has a 5300mAh battery capacity instead of 2700mAh.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Google Pixel 2 is also a bargain compared to the other phones, making this phone an obvious call.
