Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is better than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, having a general score of 84.2 against 74.9. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS, but the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has older 14 version and Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo. Even though the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is much newer than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3, it is just a little bit heavier and thicker.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features a very superior processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a much sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a bit higher display density.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro shoots greater photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have the same aperture, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also has a way higher 50 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, a way bigger back camera sensor shooting way higher quality photographs and videos and a way better video definition.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a battery lifetime that's very similar to Xiaomi Mi Max 3's battery duration.
