Comparison review
The Galaxy A12 is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3, getting an 80.3 score against 74.9. Galaxy A12's design is much newer and a little lighter than Xiaomi Mi Max 3's, although it's also thicker. Both of these devices work with Android operating system, but Galaxy A12 has the previous 10 version while Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 has a little better performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 3. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 counts with a bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy A12, because it has a higher count of pixels per screen inch, a quite larger display and a much better 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 has a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for taking photos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video quality and the same video frame rate, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also counts with a lot higher resolution back-facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with a superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also has an external memory card slot that admits a maximum of 1 TB. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features just a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy A12, because it has 5500mAh of battery capacity against 5000mAh.
