Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy A80 has an overall score of 84.9, which is much better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3's 74.9 global score. The Samsung Galaxy A80 design is newer and just a bit lighter than the Xiaomi Mi Max 3's, although it is thicker. Samsung Galaxy A80 features a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a quite better 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bit higher count of pixels per screen inch.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 has a little bit more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy A80, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 256 GB. Galaxy A80 counts with just a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy A80 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy A80 captures much clearer photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 3, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Galaxy A80 also counts with a way larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a lot higher resolution back-facing camera.
Xiaomi Mi Max 3 features a really longer battery duration than Galaxy A80, because it has a 49% more battery capacity.
