The Samsung Galaxy Note9 is much better than the Xiaomi Mi Max, getting an 87.1 score against 77.5. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 body is notably newer and just a little bit lighter than the Xiaomi Mi Max's, but it is also thicker. The Galaxy Note9 counts with a sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have a same size display, the Galaxy Note9 also has a way higher 1440 x 2960px resolution and a greater pixel count in each inch in the display.
The Samsung Galaxy Note9 features a little bit more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy Note9 also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
