The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a global score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than Asus ZenFone AR's overall score of 77.4. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's body is somewhat thinner but a little heavier than Asus ZenFone AR, and they were released only a couple months apart. The Asus ZenFone AR counts with a bit sharper screen than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better pixel density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a little bit better hardware performance than Asus ZenFone AR, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 also has a larger number of cores. Asus ZenFone AR features a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a bit better battery life than Asus ZenFone AR, because it has a 3400mAh battery capacity instead of 3300mAh. The Asus ZenFone AR features a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a F2 aperture, the Asus ZenFone AR also counts with a back-facing camera with much more mega pixels and a larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
