Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a general score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy A12's 80.3 overall score. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is an much older phone than the Galaxy A12, but Xiaomi managed to build it just a little lighter and somewhat thinner anyway. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a better screen than Galaxy A12, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution and a higher pixel density.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy A12, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a slightly better storage capacity for apps and games than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
Samsung Galaxy A12 counts with just a bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, and although they both have a F2 aperture, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also has a way more megapixels back-facing camera.
