Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has an overall score of 82.1, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2's 81.2 score. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star is a just a bit heavier phone than the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, but they have the same thickness. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a little more vivid screen than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels, it also counts with a just a little higher display density.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 features a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star. Both of them have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores.
