Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a global score of 81.2, which is slightly better than Xperia 5's 81 global score. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 construction is just a little thinner than Xperia 5, but it's heavier and was released 2 years before. Sony Xperia 5 has a little bit better display than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because it has a bit larger screen, a quite greater screen density and a quite better 1080 x 2520 resolution.
Xperia 5 has a little bit better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that holds up to 512 GB. The Sony Xperia 5 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Mi MIX 2. Both have 6 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a little better battery duration than Xperia 5, because it has a 3400mAh battery capacity against 3140mAh.
