Comparison review
Galaxy Note9 has a score of 87.1, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3's 83.8 overall score. Even though the Galaxy Note9 and the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 were released only 2 months apart, the Galaxy Note9 body is a little bit thicker but also a little bit lighter. Galaxy Note9 has just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, and although they both have a same size screen, the Galaxy Note9 also has a better 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution and a greater number of pixels per inch in the screen.
Galaxy Note9 features a bit more memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because although it has just 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 and Samsung Galaxy Note9 both feature very similar CPUs, and although the Samsung Galaxy Note9 has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
Galaxy Note9 has improved battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 has a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the same camera sensor size and the same 60 fps video frame rate, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 also counts with a more megapixels back facing camera.
