Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is better than the Sony Xperia XZ3, having an 88.9 score against 79.6. Both phones in this review use Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has 10 version while Sony Xperia XZ3 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha body is newer than Sony Xperia XZ3's, but it's heavier and just a bit thicker.
The Xperia XZ3 has a sharper display than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1440 x 2880 and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a higher screen density. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a little bit better performance than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a superior storage to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia XZ3, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha features a little bit better camera than Xperia XZ3, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a lot larger sensor capturing much better quality photos, a larger diafragm aperture and a back-facing camera with a way better 108 mega-pixels resolution.
