Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is much better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, getting a score of 88.9 against 76.4. Even though Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is a lot newer than Xiaomi Mi 5s, it's much thicker and heavier. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a larger number of cores and 8 GB more RAM.
